We ship Tuesdays - Saturdays only. 
Payments received after 5pm Eastern time on Fridays will be packaged the following Monday for Tuesday shipment. Thank you for understanding!

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: We ship world wide. We ship First Class and Parcel Post to keep shipping rates low. Packages over 13 ounces may require priority shipping. We ship within 3 days of receiving cleared payment.

 

RETURNS: We accept returns within 7 days if you are dissatisfied with the quality of an item or if we have mistakenly shipped the wrong item to you. We do not accept returns for any other reason due to the perishable nature of many of our products. We guarantee our products 100% -- if you receive a broken or mishandled item we will replace it at no cost to you.

International Buyers:
***IMPORTANT***: After your order has been packaged we will bill you separately for shipping based on weight. International packages will not be shipped until the shipping is paid. If you have Int'l shipping questions please click here.
 
SHIPPING MAXIMUM: We apologize, but we no longer have a maximum shipping fee. United States ships free and Int'l is according to weight.
 

CUSTOMS INFORMATION: International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying our products.

 

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
