We fill orders and answer emails Monday - Friday.
We do not work on the weekends or on postal holidays.

Information for All Buyers:

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cashier's check, and money orders. We do not accept personal checks.
  

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: We ship world wide. We ship First Class and Parcel Post to keep shipping rates low. Packages over 13 ounces may require priority shipping. We ship within 3 days of receiving cleared payment.

 

RETURNS: We accept returns within 7 days if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item. We do not accept returns for any other reason due to the perishable nature of many of our products. We guarantee our products 100% -- if you receive a broken or mishandled item we will replace it at no cost to you.

International Buyers:
All of our oils have shipping fees included in the price. If you have purchased anything that does not have shipping already included we will bill you separately for shipping based on weight. CUSTOMS INFORMATION: International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying our products.

 

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
